1. Scope
These terms govern the use of https://gianniotiko.mak3.eu and the sale of food (delivery / pickup) by Γιαννιώτικο Σουβλάκι (ΕΠΩΝΥΜΙΑ ΕΠΙΧΕΙΡΗΣΗΣ Ι.Κ.Ε. / ΑΤΟΜΙΚΗ), Αγίας Παρασκευής 95, Πλατεία Κέννεντυ, Χαλάνδρι 15234, 15234 Χαλάνδρι.
2. Orders
An order is complete once placed and given a code. The shop confirms the order. If it cannot be fulfilled you are notified and not charged. Minimum order €6.00; delivery time approx. 25 min.
3. Prices & Payment
Prices include VAT and are shown before checkout. Accepted: cash or card (POS) on delivery. A legal receipt is issued (AAΔΕ / myDATA).
4. Cancellation & Withdrawal
Cancellation is possible before preparation starts. As these are perishable goods made to order, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 3γ L.2251/1994 / Art. 16 Directive 2011/83/EU).
5. Allergens
The 14 allergens of Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 are listed per product. For serious allergies contact us before ordering.
